Resort Rules & Regulations
Please review our community guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests at April Royals Resorts.
Studio & Standard
Maximum of 2 adults per unit.
Deluxe (2 Bedroom)
Maximum of 4 adults per unit.
Premiere (4 Bedroom)
Maximum of 8 adults per unit.
Subletting Prohibited
Tenants are strictly forbidden from "short-letting" their rooms or bringing in extra roommates without management approval.
Quiet Hours
Very low volumes must be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Music & Media
No loud speakers in the corridors or balconies. Sounds from your apartment should not be heard by your neighbor.
Parties
No house parties or "get-togethers" exceeding 5 external guests without written permission from management.
Visiting Hours
Guests are allowed between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Overnight Guests
Any guest staying longer than 2 nights must be registered with security.
Gate Protocol
All visitors must call their host from the gate. Security will not grant access to "unannounced" visitors.
Access Control
Pool and Gym access is strictly for VIP Package holders. Entry is via a verified access card or wristband.
No "Plus One"
VIP access is for the tenant only. Guests of VIP tenants must pay a "day-pass" fee to use the facilities.
Electricity/AC
To avoid fire hazards and high service charges, all ACs and high-drain appliances must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
Laundry
No hanging of clothes on balcony rails or "windowsills." Use the provided drying areas or internal racks.
Caution Deposit
A refundable caution fee is required. Damage to property or repeated noise violations will be deducted from this.
Fine System
First-time noise/crowd violations get a warning. Second-time attracts a N10,000 fine. Third-time may lead to tenancy termination.
